The utmost stupidity

Came across a very weired article on NY Time. Needless to say I am again surprised at how much imagination these “journalists” (if indeed that’s what their motto suggests they are) have on anything, I mean literally anything, even remotely related to China as country with multiple ethnic groups.

Following the author’s logic, if the early dwellers in a region were not the same as the current residents, then whatever is controling this region, including political, economic infrastructure, would be illegitimate? If this is true, then the descendants of what’s preserved in the American Indian Museum should immediately kick those of all the colonists and slaves back to Europe and Africa. Obviously the author is playing dumb himself too. From his last name, “Wong”, he or his ancestors must have come from Hong Kong, so this makes me wonder, was this trip (to Xinjiang) he took to search his lost soul or those of his ancestors in China? Does he even know in this world there is word called “S-H-A-M-E-L-E-S-S”?
