Pity to the puppet

August 29, 2008

This debate has been going on for days and neither side can show any concrete evidence about the identities of people killed during the airstrike, or can they and dare they? I am not surprised if these people were indeed innocent children. On the other hand, I feel pity toward the frustration on the Afgan side. They are on the ground after all, go take pictures of broken bodies and limbs after the airstrike, instead of arguing with people that use satelite images to examine the dead bodies. I bet the military can’t tell the difference between a 14-year old body from a 18-year old one, unless they can look over the “baby teeth” like some knucklehead accusing some Olympic athelets. So I am curious about what’s being held back, one possible explanation is that the puppet does need manipulation (manhandling) because it can’t do things on its own.

Dalai Lama is tired?

Or the two countries (Mexico and Dominican Republic)  that are on his waiting list could not provide any valuable assistance toward the realization of his glorious goal? He must be very pissed that the Olympics is over (damn it’s so short!) and he doesn’t have anything to abduct with any more. He must have been wishing for a decade-long Games so that the clowns (and jackasses) that would die for him could act, and act…  in Beijing and elsewhere and have a never-ending climax, god it was so exhilarating…

What a pity! Wish his highness can use the second Olympics coming to China so he can come back to the center of the stage again. Wait, did anyone say China doesn’t want this kind of crap any more, or it’ll be at least 20 years later… so can we wish for a long life to the Dalai Lama?

Sensationalism is the KEY

August 24, 2008

This morning I heard an interesting comment on NPR about the “big foot carcase” report recently appeared on the mass media. That is: when the world is in turmoil – Georgian war, Iraq, declining economy, subprime crisis, why such a piece of obviously fake news that was originated from a used car dealer’s press conference would attract so much attention (if you still remember a couple years ago the producer of the Washington bigfoot admitted, through his son’s mouth, that he played the world, after his death). Well, the answer is short, the media here is dying for a big buzz and on the other hand, people seem to like to be fooled. It’s so much like the Tibet issue that is steamed and stir-fried, over and over again, for the sake of taste. News neutrality has been a joke after all…

Bibles seized in China airport

Quote:

“Under Chinese law, it is illegal to bring printed religious material into the country if it exceeds the amount for personal use. The group distributes the Bibles through a local shop owner in Kunming, according to Klein.

Klein said he’s been bringing Bibles into China for 21 years and had no idea he was breaking Chinese law…”

This is interesting, this guy obviously needs to read the regulations more carefully, breaking them repeatedly in the past without punishment doesn’t mean he can get away with it all the time. What is he whining about?

2008 – a year of chaos?

Cinderella arrested?

Why? I thought people could protest whenever and wherever they want.

Jeez, this is so hilarious!

What did I say? Besides, this news anchor did look like an idiot. He should have checked the interviewees’ background first before putting them on air.

Sovereignty and territorial integrity – I sense something funny

August 12, 2008

Since when the west (France, US) learned to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of other nations? Had anyone thought about sovereignty and territorial integrity of Panama, Iraq, Serbia before those wars started? Why do CNN and a bunch of other jackass media keep calling Xinjiang Province of China the “East Turkistan” in virtually every news report related to that region? Why do CNN and a bunch of other knucklehead media keep saying China invaded Tibet in 1950? Have they ever, I mean ever, respected sovereignty and territorial integrity of China? Only when their pet country is beaten up by a 800 pound jerk gorilla they started thinking about sovereignty and territorial integrity, now that’s called bull****

Looks like the Russians are learning things fast, in a Chinese way – “use your spear to pierce your shield”. Their peacekeepers, whoever and whatever they are, indeed were attacked first by the Georgians. Because of what? Because their jackass president thought they could fix the South Ossetia issue with the backing of the west. Boy he was so wrong! And now the media once again is brainwashing you poor people, so open your eyes!

Like what Kosovo has made it, why not let the South Ossetia bolt free? They had two referendums supporting so already, what is everybody doing anyway, all pretending blind???

China’s Other Face Revealed – or is it so?

China’s Other Face Revealed

Another piece of crap made by the “Students for Free Tibet”. It is interesting though ABC didn’t even bother to mention a word about this (ABC, are you being careless or you were trying to cover up?). Finding an old monk and let him venom something about Tibet is way too easy. These guys at least should have been more professional by digging out a few more from Damansara streets to give their story a little bit more credibility. I am sure many would want to cooperate if they ask? Oh, I see, probably they’re short on funding…

By the way, it’s weird that quite a few morons (also from the SFFT) shouted in English “Free Tibet” in Tiananmen Square. Didn’t they know that most of Chinese people don’t know English (I doubt it), even many had been taught by the government to say some basic words just for the sake of the Games. Again they should at least have done some homework before they left for China. “Zi You Xi Zang/Free Tibet” isn’t so hard to learn after all. Or indeed what are they afraid of? Is this just something they can use to post on YouTube and get teased, after this “glorified mission”?

Again be glad that there were police around to protect these morons. Without them, I really doubt they could walk out of the Square with all fingers and toes.  Don’t believe me, look how the guy in striped shirt got hit by something at 1:40.

Random Rants – not about Tibet

August 10, 2008

This is interesting. The person who previously denied a thousand times that he didn’t have an affair with the lady who everybody on earth knows about until he was caught on tape. Now he went further to say the new fatherhood isn’t true. This leaves me puzzled. Can people still have faith in these guys that are supposed (or almost got a chance) to run a country? Or he is just a sticking out sanctimonious exception, or shall I better put it – an opportunist?
