Is this what the Dalai Lama talks about – religious freedom?

By oppressing his own people that do not want to listen to his order that bans worshiping the deity – Dorjie Shugden. Ironically, this very deity urged him to flee Tibet in 1959 for the sake of his own safety by talking to one of his bodyguards through “oracle”. The following three video clips revealed the dark side of this “spiritual leader”. (by Swiss Public Television in 1998)

Among other things, these clips precisely peeled the mask off the hypocritic face of his holiness.
